I've sat in decision-making meetings at Google, Accel, and iZettle - and I've also sat on a meditation cushion for the last decade figuring out how to move away from Doing into Being. I support you in stripping away the noise to remember who you are beneath the title, and walking into your purpose.
My approach weaves together over a decade of high-stakes business building with the first hand practice and teaching of yoga and meditation, as well as years of my own psychodynamic and somatic personal work. This is a space where transformation arises not through force or "optimization," but through presence, embodiment, and inner clarity.

As a founder who has navigated the executive landscapes of Google and Accel Partners, I deeply understand the internal challenges of the exponential growth journey.
I founded ThirdEyeMedia, a global agency trusted by unicorns and venture firms like Netflix, Atomico, Legora and Wise to maximize enterprise value through strategic narrative. I have spent 15 years operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and global media.
I have experienced firsthand how entrepreneurial resilience is foundational to all success. My coaching is a catalytic process for extraordinary people. It is designed to help you navigate uniquely challenging circumstances with internal clarity, manage competing demands, and most importantly develop a sense of self that exists independently of your professional output. I built this practice because I needed it first.
